• Forelands at Kenmare

The delightful small town of Kenmare is the main touring base for two of Europe's most scenic routes, the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Breara. The town has a small fishing harbour, the source of much of the wonderful local seafood found in the local shops and restaurants. Many fabulous sandy beaches are within a 33km drive and there is picturesque walking and hiking in the mountains which surround the town. Sea and lake fishing is abundant in the area, pony trekking is available nearby and golf lovers will find the Kenmare course challenging. A car is essential.
